Flip Tank: The Charlotte REI Pitch Competition

Think you’ve got what it takes to flip a house like a pro? Put your investment skills to the test in Flip Tank, a Shark Tank-style real estate pitch competition where you’ll analyze a real property, craft a strategic flipping plan, and pitch your deal to a panel of expert investors.

This interactive, hands-on event is designed to challenge and educate real estate investors at all experience levels – whether you’re a first-time flipper or a seasoned pro. Work in teams, develop a winning strategy, and compete for the top spot (and prizes!) while receiving valuable feedback from our expert judging panel.

Designated teams will be challenged to analyze a real investment property and collaborate on a strategic flip plan. Using the Backflip app and their combined expertise, each group will develop a pitch and present it to a panel of experienced investor-judges. The judges will offer feedback, select a winning team, and share insights from their own real-world investing journeys.
