Strictly Liquid is a rising rock and roll jam band now based in Asheville, NC, captivating audiences with original music that embodies the spirit of exploration. Inspired by legendary artists including Phish, Grateful Dead, The Allman Brothers, The Beatles, and Pink Floyd, the band’s sound blends psychedelic rock, blues, jazz, funk, and Americana into something uniquely their own.

Formed in 2021, Strictly Liquid came together in Tallahassee, Florida, when brothers Luke Valcich (keys, vocals) and Jesse Valcich (guitar, vocals) met Joey Remillard (bass, vocals), bonding over a shared passion for music and spirituality. After a year of performing with a rotating cast of drummers, JC Hannon (drums, vocals) completed the lineup, bringing a chemistry that elevated the band both on and off the stage.

Joey and JC developed their musicianship through School of Rock and countless hours of live performance, while Joey also studied under jam scene veterans Marc Brownstein and Oteil Burbridge. Luke and Jesse, raised in a family immersed in live music, spent years performing together before leaving Orlando to pursue new creative opportunities in Tallahassee. Today, the band calls Asheville home, where they continue to write, perform, and expand their reach throughout the Southeast.

Today, Strictly Liquid continues to evolve into a vibrant sonic force across the Southeast, honoring the legacy of the psychedelic rock movement while forging a sound all their own. Their growing reputation is fueled by adventurous songwriting, fearless improvisation, and an unmistakable onstage energy. With an expanding tour schedule and exciting new milestones on the horizon, the band is entering an exciting new chapter with momentum that shows no signs of slowing down.
